Diversity OfficerRachael RichardsThe Diversity Officer is responsible for ensuring that the local party reflects, respects, and actively engages the full range of communities it seeks to represent. This role focuses on creating an inclusive culture within the party, removing barriers to participation, and embedding equality into all aspects of party activity.
