Clacton Gazette reports on Lib Dem plans for free childcare

The Clacton Gazette reports that the Liberal Democrats would deliver free childcare for every two year old in England if re-elected to Government next year. The Lib Dems have already delivered this for the poorest families.
The Lib Dems would pay for it by abolishing the unmarried couples penalty introduced by the Conservatives.
